CopyCare Philippines Inc. was founded on February 21, 1997, under the Security and Exchange Commission Registration No. A199703284 by a group of young and energetic professionals with a vision to change and revolutionize the way the customers are being treated in the Copier Industry. As a result, they have founded the only company in the industry in which some employees are also the owners.

This group of founders decided that its mission is to give the customers the freedom to choose from whom they would like to purchase their consumables, supplies, parts & services. Having the ability to choose from an alternative source, the customers can obtain better services and genuine products at a lower price.

CopyCare is a service-oriented company whose main concern is to satisfy customers. The primary purpose of the company is to provide services and sales of parts and consumables of PANASONIC and RICOH Copier machines.

OUR GUIDING CREED

The team at CopyCare Philippines Inc. values the CUSTOMERS because we believe that the customers pay our paychecks. Therefore, we serve our customers with the intent of keeping them for the long term.

We deal honestly. We provide genuine products imported from Japan and USA. Due to our extensive contacts in Japan and USA, we are able to import products directly from major wholesalers at a big discount. We then pass on the savings to our customers. We do not deal with stolen goods. We do not refills toner cartridges and sell them as brand new. We treat our customers professionally with respect and trust.
